What We Respond To
- Pricing corrections: If a provider's pricing has changed and we haven't updated, please send the source URL with a screenshot or date stamp.
- New providers to review: Send the provider's website with a brief description.
- Source updates: Updated regulatory information, FDA actions, NEJM publications, etc.
- Editorial corrections: Factual errors, broken links, formatting issues.
- Affiliate disclosure inquiries: Questions about any material relationships disclosed on individual pages.
What We Don't Respond To
- Requests to remove negative coverage (we respond to corrections, not removal requests)
- Requests for higher rankings or featured placement (rankings are methodology-based only)
- Medical questions (we do not provide medical advice)
- Prescription requests (we do not prescribe medication)
Response Time
We aim to respond to editorial correspondence within 7 business days. Pricing corrections are prioritized and typically processed within 48 hours.
